All the Serial numbers of the tools sold by authorized USA dealers are in the data base at Autel US and if you bought a Tool from a resale r in China, they'll tell  you , you need to contact the seller in China for instruction on how to go about the warranty and repair or return  process and call or Email Autel in China for support with your unit instead of support in USA.
